Grounded Cafe began at Victorious Believers Ministries as an
outreach/inreach to encourage visitors to come and have coffee before service. With this in mind in one of the best commercial buildings in the Virgin Islands that had everything except a Grounded Cafe. With our signature sandwiches, specialty drinks, salads, soups and so much more
